Caption
Janaki Priya, 30, a classics teacher, faced homelessness due to job uncertainties and a sudden housing situation. She and her one-year-old American Bulldog, Hamish, experienced a challenging period where threats and safety concerns forced her to sleep on the streets. With the help of "Dogs On The Streets," Janaki found temporary accommodation, later securing a teaching job and a stable home with Hamish, who provides her with emotional support.
